How to Know If You Need Counseling

Stress, anxiety, depression, hopelessness, loss of interest, change in eating and sleeping habits are all on the rise after this past year. But, how do you know when you could think about getting some help?


A great place to start is psychology today, they have a website that can help you determine if counseling would help. They can also help you to find a counselor in your area. If you are local, Midland Psychological Services (or their sister locations in Alma and St. John's) has worked with me for a farmer specific training where I talked to them about the issues that farmers face that aren't necessarily common in most people.
