Sleep is a battle for some people. Sometimes falling asleep or staying asleep can be difficult.
There are a few tricks that can help with falling asleep faster and staying asleep longer.
1. Stretch before bed -wind down gradually at the end of the day (Get the Ultimate Guide to Stretching at www.micultivatebalance.com/tools)
2. Align your body-make sure all joints are square especially the head, neck, and back
3. Use the right amount of pillows based on how you sleep -Do you sleep on your side, back or front? Watch the video to find out how.
