7 Tips to Stay Calm and Have Peace During a Crisis

1. Feel your feelings-cry, laugh, talk it out, feel angry, disappointed, scared, etc.


2. Keep somewhat of a routine-don’t just lay in bed and eat Pringles all day, get up and get dressed -even if you just change from one pair of sweats to another


3. Keep a Gratitude Practice- Keep you eye focused on those bright spots, keep an eye out for the everyday heroes


4. Journal -journal your feelings, what you are doing to pass the time, write down your fears,

6. Create something, learn a new skill


7. Play a game, learn a new joke, laugh a little
