This is an in-person CPR class for non-healthcare professionals. You will learn hands only CPR and how to use an AED. We will also discuss basic first aid and other life saving practices.

Details: After completion of this course you will be certified in hands only Heartsaver CPR. We will also learn how to use an AED, and how to do basic first aid. You will receive an eCard certification. You should bring a water bottle and yoga mat.
